Home
Living in Utah was always an adventure. This background makes me so home sick. If you take the drive up Timpanogas Canyon, as you get near the top there are several little waterfalls. Sidetrack: I love to take pictures. One day I went for a drive up this canyon as I finished my pictures of the waterfalls a storm rolled in. One of these make the whole day gray spring storms. By this time I was on top of the mountain, the clouds were all over and the smell of rain was so strong you could taste it. This is one of my most precious memories, and one of the reasons I miss living in Utah. I miss the mountains, the trees, the rivers, the waterfalls, the two springs and two falls. Let me explain, spring comes to the valley, then the mountains, the same with fall, too the mountains, then the valley. I miss knowing if we want to go camping it's just half an hour up the canyon. The saying says, "You can't go home again." I have know idea what that is suppose to mean, but all I need to do is think of those waterfalls and that storm, and I'm home again.
What makes you think of home?

Changes
In the last few months lots of changes have come into our lives. The new Prophet and First Presidency, a new Relief Society Presidency ect. I find it odd how some people accept change. Some people roll with the punches, they are content to just let things do whatever they are going to do. Others fight change for whatever reason. Then there are those that try to fight it or say they don't like it and then just let the change happen without another word. My whole life I have been told The Lord made the calling you need to pray about it and get your own witness. I have to wonder if we were all told that or even know that. This has been on my mind for some time now. People saying, "Well I don't know then, or how long have they been here?" Do we have to know someone for them to get a calling? Does it matter if someone moved here yesterday or twenty years ago? NO! The Lord has made him call, it is now up to us to support them.
Sorry about the rant it has just been really bugging me that people take change so badly.

The Boy And The Vacuum
The Flu
We all love Wes, but it's his fault. Ross and I went away for the night, for our anniversery. When I got home, Ross was at ASU, Wes was just grtting up from his nap. Well he sat on my lap for a while, then threw up all over me. Yes, he had the flu. It was just a 24 hour one, but then Victoria got it, then the twins, then me, and last but not least Dylan. We went to dinner for Victoria's birthday and Wes thought everyone at Red Robin needed to know what he had been eating. Dylan stayed home from school Monday, she said she didn't feel well, that lasted about an hour, so when she said she didn't feel well on Tues. I said no you're going to school. About 11:00 I recieved a call from the nurse, Dylan was indeed sick, she threw up in the middle of class.
These are pictures from dinner, before the throw up.
When we got home Wes got a hair cut and then a bath.
Monday he fell asleep in his chair having lunch. Yes, he is still in his pjs, we all were, isn't that what you are suppost to do when your sick?
